Shipping and Return
Orders are shipped in 1-2 business days after we receive the order. We ship from Vilnius, Lithuania.
Shipping worldwide costs 10 EUR. The duration of parcel delivery may vary from 4 to 15 business days and depends on the destination country.
For US customers, customs duties are included in the shipping cost. No extra fees are charged at delivery.
Tracking
The order comes with its own tracking number. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been sent from our studio.
Additional Information
International orders outside Europe may be subject to overseas shipping costs, delivery fees, VAT, import duties or other import-related charges for exchanges and refunds. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless stated otherwise. For US customers, customs duties are included in the shipping cost and no extra fees are charged at delivery.
Please note that we are not able to ship to an APO/FPO/DPO address.

Online withdrawal form: You can submit a return request or exercise your legal right of withdrawal electronically using the floating withdrawal form available on this website. No customer account login is required. After submission, you will receive an automatic confirmation email.

For all eligible LINA SNARA items purchased at www.linasnara.com, we offer a 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
You have 14 calendar days, starting from the day you receive the item, to request a return or exercise your legal right of withdrawal. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, and must not show any signs of wear or use.
You can submit your request using the floating withdrawal form available on this website. Alternatively, you may contact us directly with your order details and return request.
Personalised, engraved, custom-made, made-to-order or otherwise individually created items cannot be returned or refunded, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
We recommend shipping your return item via an insured and trackable delivery method.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
