The order comes with its own tracking number. You'll get a confirmation email since your order will be sent out from our studio.
International Orders, meaning outside Europe, are responsible for overseas shipping costs, and for all incurred delivery fees, VAT taxes and import surcharges for all exchanges and refunds.
Please note that we are not able to ship to an APO/FPO/DPO address

You have 14 calendar days (starting from the day you receive the item) to return the item(s). For a refund, we accept LINA SNARA items that must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and must not show any signs of usage. As soon as the package arrives here, we will issue a full refund. Your refund will be credited to the same payment method you used to make the purchase.Please note that, because we sell custom-made products we are not obliged by law to refund. However, we want 100% satisfied customers that is why we do offer the ‘14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee’!
We recommend shipping your return item via an insured ‘signature required’ delivery method. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org regarding your refund, stating your order number.
