Is there a warranty for the products?
LINA SNARA guarantees the quality of its jewelry, which meets international standards and those set by the Lithuanian Assay Office. All jewelry manufactured and sold by LINA SNARA is marked with a hallmark and a responsibility mark.
All LINA SNARA jewelry has a 12-month warranty period. LINA SNARA will repair or replace jewelry marked with the LINA SNARA responsibility mark free of charge, if the jewelry has not been subjected to any mechanical or chemical side effects, and any defects that have arisen will be assessed as a manufacturing defect.
Slip-on bracelets are beaded on a special, robust, long-lasting silicone rubber designed for jewelry, with a thickness of 1 mm. When the bracelet is worn properly, such rubber lasts ~2-3 years and longer, later it is recommended to replace with new. If the bracelet breaks, there was likely mechanical damage - sharp objects, tripping. There are extremely rare cases when the silicone rubber is cut by an unevenness in the bead. In this case, the bracelet breaks during the first few times of wearing and this remains the subject of warranty service.
Necklaces and clasp bracelets are strung on a special multi-strand steel jewelry wire, which is additionally coated with a silicone layer that protects the wire from corrosion. Its strength is sufficient for jewellery of this design. However, with frequent wearing, if the jewelry gets wet, the wire may be damaged and in such a case, it is recommended to re-strung the jewellery.
Warranty service does not apply to earring studs and chains.

What to do if you received a jewellery and not satisfied with quality?
If the buyer received a jewellery and not satisfied with it, LINA SNARA undertakes to accept the product and repair or replace it with an analogous product of suitable quality within 14 calendar days or refund all amount for product. In these cases please contact  by e-mail info@linasnara.com indicating the order number - provide a document of purchase and contact within 14 calendar days after you received order.

When warranty is not valid?
-More than 12 months have passed since the date of purchase of the jewelry.
-The jewellery defects occurred due to improper use, mechanical damage, exposure to chemicals.
-There are visible signs of technical repair on the jewellery, which was performed by the buyer himself or a third party.

What is the procedure for warranty repair of jewellery?
The buyer should contact by e-mail: info@linasnara.com and provide information about what jewellery and why they want to submit it for warranty repair.
Then the buyer shall safely pack the jewelry and send it to the Omniva parcel machine at PC Mandarinas, Ateitis g. 91, Vilnius. Tel.: +37061620674. When sending the jewellery, the buyer must inform LINA SNARA about the shipped jewellery and provide the tracking number of the shipment.
The buyer must provide a document proving the purchase of the product and indicate the shortcomings or defects of the product.
From the date of delivery of the jewelry, within 3-7 days. d. LINA SNARA will assess the condition of the jewellery and inform the client about the possibilities and conditions of repair. LINA SNARA may charge a fee for repair services if it is determined that the defects in the jewellery occurred due to the client's fault. Warranty service and post-warranty repair of jewellery are carried out within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the jewelelry from the client.

Is jewelry repaired after a 12-month period?
The buyer can submit the jewelry for non-warranty repair (after a 12-month period). The procedure for non-warranty jewellery repair remains the same as for warranty repair.
The price of product repair, when all silver 925 and stone/amber details are:
Repair of slip-on bracelets (strung on silicone rubber) 15 EUR
Repair of clasp bracelets (on jewelry cable) 18 EUR
Repair of necklaces 20 EUR.
Prices include raw materials, labor, taxes (VAT, etc.).
If silver 925 or stone/amber details are missing, the price will be calculated based on the condition of the product.
During the repair, we do not perform cleaning, polishing, or restoration of products.
Products can be sent to a parcel machine for repair or delivered to the studio at Fabijoniškių 96, Vilnius.
In all cases, before sending the product, you should contact info@linasnara.com, attach a photo of the product and, if the product is within the warranty period, the order number.
When is jewellery not repaired?
LINA SNARA may not perform jewellery repair services if:
– the product is in extremely poor condition due to wear and tear;
– there is no possibility to replace damaged jewelry parts with others or add missing parts of the product;

What to do if the chain is broken? Is the earring clasp broken?
A broken chain is a mechanical damage and is not covered by the warranty.
LINA SNARA does not repair broken chains. The buyer is offered to purchase a new chain.
The warranty does not apply to earring clasps.
Do you repair products of other brands?
We do not repair products of other brands.
